Sony Playstation: Retail Experience - Emerging Tech

Role: Creative Director - Strategy, UX, UI Agency Infusion. Immersive Retail Experience for Sony Playstation. Complete with facial recognition, chat bot integration, tap to purchase, multi-screen interaction, multiple video cameras and directional speakers. The challenge was to develop a platform to drive purchase of digital add-on content and gamers for gifters. At the same time create a memorable experience for gamers allowing for wish lists and integrated profile creation and special activities like putting yourself into a game scenario and then socially sharing it. Upon purchase, customers receive a quality color printout with image, description and download code - could be placed in a greeting card as a gift.
